E532-1A/H532-1B is a flame retardant, modified epoxy resin.  It is used in potting/casting/encapsulating for electrical and electronic parts.  E532-1A/H532-1B can be cured at room temperature or elevated temperature.  Approved by UL94-V0, this compound exhibits good chemical and mechanical properties.  Adhesion is excellent to most substrates.

1.      Use proper container and mixing rod.

2.      To minimize wastage, calculate the quantity required prior mixing the two components.

3.      Carefully weigh out the desired amount of resin (E532-1A) and hardener (H532-1B) based on the mixing ration (by weight) 100:15.

4.      Mix thoroughly, especially the mixture at the edge of container should be scrape and mix uniformly.

5.      Complete preparation and apply it within the pot life period.
