Detailed Product Description

SCF-600 conformal coating is a one-part RTV silicone resins having methoxy functionality. This product provides abrasion-resistant, long-term, reliable protection of sensitive circuits and components, such as rigid/flexible printed wiring boards, a variety of ceramic and hybrid circuits, connectors and connections. In addition to sustaining its physical and electrical properties over a broad range of operating conditions, SCF-600 is resistant to ozone and ultraviolet degradation and has good chemical stability. It can be applied by spray, brush, dip or automated pattern coating. For dip coating operations, material may be used as supplied or solvent diluted if a thinner film build is desired.
